A doctor and a teacher invent an absurdly complicated name made of random symbols, letters and punctuation. The doctor worries that the child will never remember it, but the teacher proudly insists that his nephew will appreciate it when he is older. The joke is a parody of overly elaborate names and the burden they create for children.
