Cats Sing In the End
(It starts with) I don't know why It doesnt even matter how hard you try To explain in due time All I know Time is a valuable thing Watch it fly by as the pendulum swings The cock takes life away Its so unreal
A slideshow of increasingly absurd cat images is displayed on a laptop while the lyrics of Linkin Park’s “In the End” appear line by line. The melodramatic song lyrics paired with random cats, money, a clock, and a fiery image turn the clip into an ironic cat-themed parody of an emotional music video. It works as a reaction to feeling that time and effort are meaningless, with the song “Why T” by I.T.E. adding a moody musical backdrop.
