Cats Who Test on Animals

THESE COMPANIES TEST ON ANIMALS

A video first shows an infographic listing companies that test on animals beside a sad-looking dog, then abruptly cuts to several cats intensely playing video games with controllers, a microphone, and headphones. The joke treats the cats as the “animals” being tested on, turning the serious animal-testing warning into an absurd gaming reaction. Robby Ramadan’s melancholic Indonesian pop song “AKU BAGAIKAN MALAM” heightens the melodrama and makes the cats’ exaggerated gamer poses even funnier.
