Init Proc on Orphans

No one: Init proc on orphans: Shall I kill these children?

A Naruto anime scene shows Orochimaru asking whether he should kill a group of children. The joke compares this dramatic villainous moment to an “init proc” running automatically on orphans, using dark absurdity and programming terminology as a reaction to ruthless or disturbing behavior.
