What it means

Rick Sanchez and Morty Smith sit beside Squidward Tentacles in a living room while a holographic computer interface glows nearby. The joke is that beginner programmers react to learning a new programming language by comparing it to Python and dismissing it as “Python with extra steps.” It is used as a reaction to criticize or simplify a supposedly different technology.
