Historical Manuscript Sword Technique
“Sword duels were peak chivalry” The average technique in historical manuscripts:
A bearded man dressed as a medieval fighter dramatically swings a sword and shield indoors. The joke contrasts the romantic idea of honorable sword duels with the clumsy, exaggerated poses often depicted in historical manuscripts. It is used as an absurd reaction to over-the-top or impractical fighting techniques.
