Apple Disability Emoji Proposal
Apple proposes 13 new emoji to represent people with disabilities With a total of 45 options if you count skin tones
An article screenshot presents Apple’s proposal for 13 new disability-themed emojis, illustrated with symbols for hearing impairment, prosthetics, wheelchair users, and visual impairment. The joke is an ironic reaction to the overly broad counting of skin-tone variants as separate options, while the image lineup humorously includes a Go mascot among the disability emojis.
