EN: Gamers see modern announcements for Grand Theft Auto VI and Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Resynced that look like a return to 2013 games, while three men in a car celebrate wildly. The joke mocks the slow progress of major gaming franchises and nostalgia for the GTA V and original Black Flag era; the clip is used as a reaction to remasters and the lack of truly new games. M83’s “Midnight City” plays in the background, and its energetic, nostalgic synth-pop sound amplifies the feeling of euphoria and exaggerated excitement.
