Traffic Circles Cause Tornadoes

We didn't have traffic circles until we started putting into traffic circles cause I'm the kind of that when people go round and round that causes disturbance in the atmosphere and causes tornadoes

A Google Maps satellite view zooms around Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, highlighting numerous traffic circles. The caption jokingly claims that spinning around them disturbs the atmosphere and creates tornadoes, treating roundabouts as a bizarre cause of extreme weather. It works as an absurd reaction to situations involving needless circles, repetition, or exaggerated explanations.
