Presidents and Their Dogs

President of Ukraine and his dog President of U.S. and his dog President of China and his dog

The video cuts between presidents interacting with dogs and then shows Xi Jinping and Vladimir Putin shaking hands under the caption “President of China and his dog.” The punchline is the absurd comparison of Putin to a president’s pet, amplified by the dramatic electronic/phonk track Hensonn — Sahara. It works as a political reaction meme about Russia’s subordinate relationship with China.
