When you finally get to meet your idol in person
A person wearing a Polo jacket reaches toward a mounted police horse while the rider looks on. The joke is that the person’s “idol” is the horse, turning an ordinary street encounter into an exaggerated celebrity fan meeting. It is used as a reaction to meeting someone or something you admire unexpectedly.
