Washing Carrots One at a Time

A washing machine is overflowing with carrots while more carrots sit in a green bowl below. The joke is that someone has discovered an absurdly efficient way to wash many carrots at once, making their previous method of washing them one at a time seem foolish. It is used as a reaction to realizing an obvious shortcut too late.
