Hood Fishing License Approved
A nosey neighbor called us to report a male fishing in a sewage manhole. Upon arrival, officers saw Tyrone with his catch. Tyrone had his fishing license so we decided to let him continue his "hood fishing" adventures because it's far more productive than him selling drugs or joining gangs like most of the black youth of Sneed County do.
