Faking Sick at Work
Yesterday I left work pretending to be sick. Today two coworkers didn't show up, saying they caught it from me... F*cking liars...
A man in a tiled bathroom appears to recoil in disbelief. The joke is that the poster pretended to be sick, then accused coworkers of lying when they used the same excuse, creating ironic hypocritical outrage. It is sent as a reaction to fake accusations, disbelief, or someone being caught in their own lie.
