Welcome Back Wii U
> Insanely overpriced > Named very similar to it's predecessor > Divisive asf reveal > Isn't a complete reinvention > Adds a camera and a mic > No cool colour options > Two first party games at launch Welcome back Wii U #NintendoSwitch2
A humorous comparison presents the Nintendo Switch 2 as a modern return of the Wii U, highlighting its high price, similar name, divisive reveal, limited launch lineup, and added camera and microphone. The punchline is that despite being marketed as a new console, it feels like a partial reinvention of the Wii U, shown beside Wii U packaging. In English-speaking gaming discussions, this is used as a sarcastic reaction to criticism of the Switch 2.
