A worn-out computer drive is shown with a label saying it works but makes sad noises. The joke compares a barely functioning machine to an employee whose performance review acknowledges that they technically work while hinting at serious problems. It is sent as a reaction to burnout, poor performance, or functioning despite making worrying sounds.
