when it’s raining in NYC and the saxophones keeps getting louder Only in NYC 🤣✌🏽

A handheld video follows people leaving a subway station during intense rain and flooding, then shows a bus surrounded by rushing water on a New York street. It is a reaction meme for bizarre weather, chaotic city life, and situations that feel uniquely New York.
