A retro Microsoft boot screen for the unreleased Windows codename Neptune displays an “under construction” message. The joke is that Neptune was an unfinished or canceled Windows project, making it a fitting answer to the question about a favorite Windows codename and a nostalgic reaction for tech enthusiasts.
