Pencil Sharpener Segregation

Two pencil sharpeners are labeled for different types of pencils, with one explicitly banning colored pencils and the other accepting only colored pencils. The joke comes from treating ordinary pencil types as segregated groups, making a mundane office object look absurdly bureaucratic and exclusionary.
