Biblical Angels Are Terrifying

Biblical Angels: “Be not afraid” Also biblical angels:

A 9.7-second video shows a tiled grid of animated human eyes repeatedly shifting, widening, and darting in different directions. The caption contrasts the biblical reassurance “Be not afraid” with the unsettling, many-eyed appearance traditionally associated with biblical angels, turning the image into an absurd horror joke. Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” featuring Kimbra plays underneath, adding a melancholic, recognizable contrast that makes the bizarre eye movements even funnier as a reaction to something unnerving or awkward.
