Cities Skylines 2 Individual Teeth
apparently one of cities skylines 2's many performance issues is that it uses high poly models for each of the thousands of people walking around your city. including their individual teeth The game DOES render individual teeth with no LOD as far as I can tell.

The joke is that the game spends excessive processing power rendering detailed teeth for every pedestrian, contributing to performance problems. It is used as an absurd reaction to inefficient game design or over-engineering.
