A stylized, glitchy red-and-blue portrait of a man is overlaid with a two-disc track listing for an album called SEXOR. The joke is the exaggerated, surreal fake-album presentation, where ordinary or suggestive song titles are treated as an elaborate music release and the portrait resembles a dramatic retro album cover.
