Just Warming Up at the Gym

Just warming up

A woman in a purple-and-gray gym casually curls a small barbell while wearing slides, smiling as a loud fire-engine siren plays. The joke is that the exaggerated emergency sound makes her ordinary warm-up look like an extreme workout or a crisis, so it works as an absurd reaction clip for someone dramatically overdoing something.
