Not an Artist, Still Made a Game

this post is one of my greatest regrets. Not due to the well deserved hate I got, but because it shows a blind ignorance to Higurashi. This is a project made by a single person who knew he wasn't an artist but wanted to produce a game anyway and poured his best effort into it. so does this look bad on purpose, or like what's the deal here?
