My Body Is a Temple
"No tattoos thanks, my body is a temple." Temples :
A photograph of the Sistine Chapel ceiling, covered in elaborate biblical frescoes by Michelangelo. The joke treats the phrase “my body is a temple” literally, implying that the speaker’s body is already decorated like a grand temple and therefore needs no tattoos.
