King Arthur Meets the Modern World
hypothetical scenario for you all: the real king arthur returns. you meet him and you welcome him into your home. what is the first thing you do with him? keep in mind, this is a man from the 500s (he died in 542), and you are from the 21st century (2024). 1. explain what a TV is 2. Monty Python and the Holy Grail
A social media post imagines the legendary King Arthur returning in 2024 and asks what someone would do after welcoming him home. The joke is that the first response is to explain modern television, followed by watching Monty Python and the Holy Grail, whose comedy centers on King Arthur.
