CBT Has Two Meanings
CBT From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia CBT most commonly refers to: • Cognitive behavioral therapy, a psychotherapeutic approach • Cock and ball torture, a sexual activity involving pain or constriction applied to human penis or testicles
A Wikipedia-style entry lists two meanings of the abbreviation “CBT”: cognitive behavioral therapy and cock and ball torture. The joke comes from the jarring contrast between a legitimate psychological treatment and an explicit sexual practice sharing the same abbreviation.
