Roman Empire Has Fallen
IMPERTIUM ROMANUM CECIDIT (The Roman Empire has fallen) SCIBITRIDUS LATRINA!
A hand-drawn Roman scene shows several people reacting dramatically as the Roman Empire collapses. One person calmly announces the fall of Rome, while another enthusiastically shouts a crude Latin-sounding phrase, creating an absurd contrast. The meme is used as a humorous reaction to an exaggerated disaster or the end of something important.
