Friendly Fire Realization
0.1 seconds after Me and my Friend find out the game we’re playing has friendly fire It was never personal.
A geared-up soldier stands by the water, then advances toward the camera and aims a weapon at the viewer. The caption jokes about friends instantly turning on each other after discovering that their game allows friendly fire. Amerie’s upbeat R&B/funk song “1 Thing” plays over the escalation, making the sudden betrayal feel stylish and comically dramatic.
