High School Kids on LinkedIn
What’s with all these high school kids making LinkedIn accounts and sending out connection requests? It is inappropriate and sad. I wish they would just enjoy their teen years and friends and social activities and school. Building a LinkedIn profile and connections can wait until adulthood. Am I wrong in saying that high school students (or younger) should not spend any time on this site?
A text-based meme complains about high school students creating LinkedIn accounts and sending connection requests. The joke is the exaggeratedly serious adult perspective that teenagers should stop networking and simply enjoy school, friends, and being young. It is typically shared as a sarcastic reaction to overly ambitious career culture and children acting like professionals.
