Hetzner Admits the Unplugged Server
I appreciate the honesty Support - Hetzner Online GmbH <support@hetzner.com> Dear Sir or Madam The power plug was not plugged in correctly and we have now plugged it in correctly. your server is now online again.
A screenshot shows a Reddit post sharing an email from Hetzner support. The support team openly explains that the server was offline because its power plug was incorrectly connected, then confirms that plugging it in correctly restored service. The joke is the blunt, almost absurdly simple honesty of the explanation.
