When Going Outside Is a Containment Breach

oh, so when other people go outside it’s “good for their health” and “highly recommended”, it’s only when i do it that it’s a “containment breach” and a “high-level threat to public safety and security”, huh?

A text meme sarcastically complains about a double standard: other people are encouraged to go outside, but the speaker is treated as a danger to public safety when doing the same thing. It is sent as a self-deprecating reaction by someone joking that their presence or behavior is unusually threatening.
