Hey Teachers, Another Brick

HEY! TEACHERS! ALL IN ALL IT'S JUST ANOTHER BRICK

A man in sunglasses and headphones performs at a keyboard and sings into a microphone, cutting between close-ups of his face and hands playing. The captions parody the lyric from Pink Floyd’s “Another Brick in the Wall,” turning a dramatic musical performance into an absurd address to teachers; the energetic, strange presentation makes it work as a reaction to school or education-related frustration. The clip uses “Drop Concert, Pt. I” by DJ Douggpound & Vic Berger IV, an experimental electronic/comedy track whose theatrical, off-kilter music heightens the joke.
