Daenerys Targaryen laughs confidently while claiming that nothing can stop her because she has three dragons. The next panel shows the Dragonborn from Skyrim making a threatening sexual remark, followed by Daenerys looking shocked; the joke comes from an absurd crossover where her dragons are useless against an unexpected opponent.
