In an icy stone dungeon from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, an armored knight confidently tells the player to pay attention before walking into a swinging metal trap and being knocked down. The mechanical clanking and impact sounds turn his wise advice into the punchline: he immediately fails to follow it himself. It works as a reaction to someone giving smug advice and then instantly making the exact mistake they warned about.
