when everyone is talking abt mango or mustard but there is one more m we are missing..
A confused man stands in front of mathematical formulas, then the clip cuts to a headphone-wearing man staring blankly at the camera. The joke is that everyone is discussing mango and mustard while mysteriously forgetting another M condiment, implied to be mayonnaise. It is used as an absurd reaction to being left out or noticing an obvious omission.
