Guillermo del Toro Gothic Imagination
I believe I do... guillermo del toro has the imagination and creativity of a woman who spends her time maladaptive daydreaming in her bedroom about meeting her soulmate in the most gothic situation imaginable and that’s why I love him so
A screenshot of an X post shows Guillermo del Toro agreeing with a fan’s description of his imagination. The joke affectionately compares his dark, fantastical filmmaking style to elaborate gothic romantic daydreams. It is used as a reaction to praise someone for being creatively strange, dramatic, or deeply imaginative.
