Meizu No SIM Card Bug
What bugs have left you speechless? In the past, with Meizu Phones, if you rename your SIM card to "No SIM Card," the OS will actually treat this as the card is missing. Thus, it cuts off all services for that SIM, and its settings become greyed out and inaccessible. Rebooting the phone does NOT fix the issue. The solution is to change the system language to a non-English language. By doing so, the OS will recognize "No SIM Card" as just a user-defined name, which restores access to the settings and allows you to change the name back.
A forum post describes a bizarre Meizu phone bug caused by renaming a SIM card to "No SIM Card." The punchline is that the operating system interprets the English name as a real missing-card status, while switching languages makes the problem disappear.
