Facebook ruined my proposal Recently I proposed to my GF of 2.5 years. Went to paint staking lengths to keep it a secret with the help of my friends. As usual with proposals, I was googling for engagement rings on my phone. FB in all it's wisdom started showing my GF engagement ring ads on her phone since we were on the same WiFi. Gave the whole surprise away. 🤦♂️ Pro tip: Uninstall FB app from phone if you're planning to propose. I'm seeing ads for dildos :(
