The Pearl Is Gone Again
POV: the Pearl is once again gone
A shaky first-person video alternates between driving through a stormy, rainy night and a stern pirate-like man in a red bandana and long dark hair sitting in a vehicle. The caption jokes that the Pearl has disappeared yet again, parodying Jack Sparrow's Black Pearl and his constant misadventures. Samuel Kim’s “He's a Pirate - Epic Version (Cover)” gives the clip grand, swashbuckling music, making the mundane search feel dramatically urgent and absurd.
