Access to You Is a Privilege
ACCESS TO YOU IS A PRIVILEGE Strangers on the internet Know & don't trust Random acquaintances Neutral Know & trust Inner Circle strangers on the internet but gay
A concentric-circle diagram ranks people by how much access they have to you, from strangers on the internet to the inner circle. The joke places “strangers on the internet but gay” in the innermost circle, humorously suggesting that shared queer identity creates instant trust and closeness. It is used as a reaction to describe unexpectedly strong affinity with online LGBTQ+ strangers.
