I legit got paranoid as fuck and thought the game was using my webcam when this guy showed up.
A screenshot of a fantasy card-game interface shows a grim, bearded man appearing inside a circular frame. The joke is that he looks so much like a webcam image that the player briefly believes the game is spying through their camera. It is used as an absurd reaction to an unexpectedly frightening or realistic character appearance.
