The Voice in My Head
Meditation is easy. Just sit and observe the voice in your head. The voice in my head:
A black-and-white image shows a heavily made-up metal performer wearing spiked clothing and ammunition belts while singing into a microphone. The joke contrasts the calm advice to meditate with the imagined inner voice being loud, aggressive, and chaotic. It is used as a reaction to describe intrusive thoughts or a mentally noisy mood.
