A stern low-resolution soldier in a dark military uniform and red beret notices something in the distance, reacts dramatically, and the scene fades into darkness. The joke is that the person becomes intensely focused and emotionally overwhelmed whenever they spot a cat, even from an absurdly far distance. It is used as a reaction for extreme cat enthusiasm or instantly locking onto a distant cat.
