TikTok Psychiatry Hyperfixation
tiktok psychiatry has ppl saying shit like “not me hyperfixating on cooking this pasta 🤪” mf you focused. Thats called you focused on a task
A dark-mode Twitter screenshot mocks TikTok psychiatry language, where ordinary concentration is described as “hyperfixating.” The punchline is that focusing on cooking pasta is simply being focused on a task, not necessarily a dramatic psychological symptom. It is shared as a sarcastic reaction to overusing mental-health terminology online.
