Interviewer: Why should we hire you? Me: I have a lot of reputation on Stack Overflow. Interviewer: You’re hired. Boss: Could you... Me: That’s a stupid question.
A job interview is won because the applicant has a high reputation on Stack Overflow. When the boss asks a normal follow-up question, the applicant dismisses it as stupid, joking about online expertise and arrogant programmer behavior.
