Change Your Teams Profile Picture
Your Teams profile picture Hey We all appreciate your cute aesthetic, but unfortunately, we have to ask you to change your Teams profile picture. Remind yourself that this photo will show through in all business communication with our clients. For best results, please take off your cat ears and choker, and try going for a more formal look. No worries - you're still a cutie, even in business attire! Best Regards, Senior Manager
A screenshot of a Microsoft Teams message from a senior manager asking an employee to replace their profile picture because it shows cat ears and a choker. The overly polite, corporate wording mixed with affectionate language like “cute” and “cutie” makes the workplace request absurd and suggestive, so the meme is used as a reaction to overly formal criticism of someone’s aesthetic.
