EN: In an indoor place like a shopping mall or airport, a person in red hangs onto the escalator handrail and rides upward while another person climbs the escalator steps. The humor comes from following someone in an absurd and dangerous way instead of simply using the escalator normally. It can be sent as a reaction to reckless behavior or someone taking imitation too far.
