Divine Dick and Neopronouns
asking "Gender is determined by your genitals" mfs how big God the Father's dick is This is only partially a joke, btw. Either: • God (specifically the Father—if you accept the doctrine that Jesus the Son was fully human, it would be More heretical to claim that he didn't have one), as an incorporeal divine being, has no dick, but still identifies as masculine, thereby implying that gender is distinct from genitalia, or • God does have one, which raises interesting implications about its purpose for an incorporeal divine entity, as well as forces devout Christians to think about the Divine Dick For extra spice, you could argue that not only does God have preferred pronouns (He/Him), but as they are distinct from the standard he/him, they are neopronouns
A screenshot of a social media post jokes about the contradiction between defining gender by genitalia and the Christian concept of God the Father as an incorporeal masculine being. A follow-up post escalates the joke by imagining either that God has no genitals while using masculine pronouns, or that God has a divine penis, leading to absurd theological implications and the idea that He/Him could count as neopronouns. It is shared as an irreverent reaction to discussions about gender, religion, pronouns, and genital essentialism.
