Employee Discount Makes a Perfect Tip

Told the dennys waiter to round up to 70 for tip and he used his employee discount on our order 😭 Tap Water 0.00 Tap Water 0.00 Tap Water 0.00 Tap Water 0.00 Mango Lemonade 4.59 Mango Lemonade 4.59 Boneless Wings (APP) 12.09 Brisket Melt 17.69 Triple Juicy Burger 16.39 Emp 25% Disc - 13.84 SubTotal 41.51 Tax 3.28 Gratuity 25.21 Total 70.00 Nah that's an ELITE IQ move lmao

A restaurant receipt shows an employee discount reducing the order total, while the gratuity brings the final amount back up to exactly $70. The joke is that the waiter cleverly used the discount so the requested tip effectively covered the discounted amount, making it an “elite IQ” move.
